Joy first discovered Enterprise Mobility when she was attending Middle Tennessee State University. Enterprise Mobility was hosting marketing competitions at her college. Joy—who always seizes opportunities to grow—used this chance to gain new skills while also getting an inside look at the company. Through this experience, “I realized that the organization had a great training program, and that was something I definitely wanted to see in my future career,” Joy says. With this new realization, she decided to join the organization. As Joy explains, “I chose to work for Enterprise Mobility because I wanted a career that allowed for long-term advancement.”
