I eventually went into Property Management but was looking for a career with strong employee development.” Upon seeing a job posting for the Management Trainee role with Enterprise, Hayley applied online. “Within 2 days, I received contact from the recruitment team and was scheduled for a phone call for a preliminary interview. They then contacted me for a Teams interview with the group and area managers. After that, I had a branch observation. This process all happened in the span of one week. Once my pre-employment screens were completed, I was formally offered the Management Trainee position.”
