Brielle Ware is a Branch Rental Manager at Enterprise Mobility.

Ware tells us that her favorite part of working at Enterprise Mobility is the people. “I’ve been with Enterprise Mobility for almost two years, and the support system that I received with the organization continues to push me,” she tells us. “The encouragement and daily support to become the leader that I am keeps me motivated and allows me to support my own team.”

Ware’s work as a manager and point of contact for her team is what she finds most exciting about her job. “I enjoy driving results through my team, ensuring that they’re getting development that they need to advance, and seeing them get promoted,” says Ware. “Seeing them continue to reach the career goals that they have set for themselves is very rewarding.”

Can you tell us about your career journey at Enterprise Mobility?

I began my career with Enterprise Mobility in July of 2021 as a management trainee. I received my first promotion to an assistant branch manager just eight months later. Then, after three short months, I became a branch manager at a large operation: the DFW Airport. Now, I’m in my current role as a branch manager.

How would you describe the culture at Enterprise Mobility?

The culture with Enterprise Mobility is very fun. I enjoy working with the people there — the people make a difference at Enterprise Mobility. We have different area outings every month […] and we have branch outings. So, having that culture inside and out of our atmosphere at the branch level is very fun. You have to keep that environment fun to keep employees engaged.

How does Enterprise Mobility support you?

The work-life balance with the organization is amazing! There’s a lot of flexibility, and I noticed that if I needed time off or if I needed to come in a little late or leave early, my managers were always supportive of that. Now, I carry that mentality on as a manager in order to always ensure that my team members are never overwhelmed with work and that they have work-life balance.

And, at Enterprise Mobility, promotion is in-house, and the support system that we receive makes it a lot of fun to be promoted.

What advice do you have for other women looking to work at Enterprise Mobility?

Go for it and be confident. Be a voice that matters; that’s how I’ve come so far with my promotions and done a fast-track process myself. Being with the company for two years, I’ve always been a voice for the women in my group.

I love working for Enterprise Mobility because we have women in leadership, we go on outings, and we get the encouragement from women that we need. I know it’s hard to work as a woman in a corporate environment, but we always make sure that we’re sticking together and that we have a voice that matters for all women.
