After graduating from college in December 2012, Shontavia embarked on her career search which led her to apply to the Management Trainee job on the Enterprise career site. She joined Enterprise with a positive attitude and a hunger for success. A decade later, Shontavia was promoted to Group Rental Manager in Tampa and reflects here on her personal and professional growth with Enterprise.
