On the GO with Enterprise since 2013
As an alumnus of Stony Brook University, what attracted you to Enterprise?
I was attracted to the Management Training program because you learn how to run your own business. I also saw a lot of opportunity to grow my skills and advance my career through Enterprise’s promote-from-within culture.
What skills and attributes from your college athletics did you bring to Enterprise?
While playing football in college, my goal every day was to be better than the day before. That competition to perform better every day is something that has continued in my career at Enterprise.
How did your college athletics prepare you for your career with Enterprise?
It taught me the value of teamwork and that being a team player ultimately leads to success for everyone. I also learned how to be resilient in the face of a challenge, which is a helpful skill to have.
What has your career path with Enterprise been like?
I have been able to work my way up at Enterprise because of the endless opportunities available to me, and due to the training and tools Enterprise provides to ensure success for all of its employees.
What do you like most about Enterprise?
It is rewarding knowing that all of the hard work and effort that you put into your job on a daily basis pays off and results in career advancement. I also love seeing the impact that I can make on my employees but also recognizing that my employees help me as much as I help them.
What makes a successful Enterprise employee?
A successful Enterprise employee is someone who is coachable, someone who wants to win, and someone who is driven to succeed in his or her career.
