A firm handshake speaks volumes. In fact, according to Dallas Area Truck Rental Manager Christina P., “Our company was built on a handshake and an environment where teamwork and high-fives are a way of life.”
What do you do when handshakes are discouraged during the COVID-19 pandemic? If you’re Vice President and General Manager Brent Russell, you issue a challenge to the Dallas/Fort Worth team to think of new ways to greet customers and teammates. That’s how the #NewGreetingChallenge took off internally.
According to Group Talent Acquisition Manager Jade V., customers have loved being involved with the challenge. Area Rental Manager Cory B. agrees: “Our customers have adapted very well to our fun and exciting new ways of greeting them. It’s great to see even during a pandemic our employees are still able to show our community that Enterprise will always be a fun and friendly place to work where teamwork rules.”
Today – and every day – the safety and wellbeing of employees, customers and the communities we serve is our top priority. For the latest on our COVID-19 response, please click here.
