As an alumnus of University of New Mexico, what attracted you to Enterprise?
I was attracted to the competitive environment, as well as the people. I was able to use my athletic career to my advantage.
What skills and attributes from your college athletics did you bring to Enterprise?
I brought leadership, integrity and the will to win every single day.
How did your college athletics prepare you for your career with Enterprise?
My athletic career taught me to be humble about my successes and also to be focused on sales and customer service.
What has your career path with Enterprise been like?
I started with the company in 2012 as a Senior Customer Assistance Representative and, after three promotions since then, I am now an Assistant Manager at the second largest Enterprise branch in Albuquerque.
What do you like most about Enterprise?
I like the people I work with. Many of my colleagues were also college athletes, so we have that shared experience and can relate to each other in our careers.
What makes a successful Enterprise employee?
Successful Enterprise employees need the same skills as successful athletes – a competitive spirit, dedication and a lot of heart.
