Our employees are critical to our success and they are the difference that sets Enterprise apart from its competitors. What I’ve learned from employees in France is that they are even more resilient than I thought. Being willing to listen to customers’ needs and exceed expectations is important. I am very proud of their work ethic and their ability to adapt – with big smiles in their eyes.
-Neil Hafer, Vice President and GM, France
I cannot thank our employees enough for everything that they do. Even under tough circumstances, they’ve continued to deliver exceptional service while making sure our clients are happy. I’m so proud. It really just goes to show that the business wouldn’t be where it is today without them!

Our IT employees are so resilient – I learned how flexible and tenacious they are, even when things get tough. They continue to balance ongoing personal demands created while delivering amazing technical capabilities, services and support! The right tech is essential to meeting the needs of our branch teams and customers, and the IT team has brought their A-game to creatively support our business.

The dignity, grace and commitment that our employees have shown in tough times has been incredible. The way that our people have
responded to the situation while caring not only for each other but for the communities we serve has impressed and inspired me. I am incredibly proud of the team. This drive and passion to care for the greater community is palpable.
